From when we start helping you until the problem is done. Remote help is timed automatically, and you can see every session in your VM Tech account.
Is phone help the same price as remote help?
Yes. Phone help and remote help cost the same.
Do the prices include tax?
No. GST (and PST where it applies) is added to your bill.
Do you have a monthly invoice for businesses?
Yes. Businesses get one clear invoice a month, listing every visit, who we helped and how long it took.
